SPREAD THE WORD

Great things are happening at Bellevue Independent Schools, and we're here to help you spread the word! If you have an upcoming event or some good news to share, let's find the best avenues to reach your audience.
 

COMMUNICATION REQUESTS

There are so many stories throughout our district, and so many ways to share them! In order to ensure that your information is shared in a timely manner, please submit your information through our Communication Request Form. Use this form to request:

  • Promotion of your upcoming club meeting/event/tryout/etc.
    -  via website, social media, digital signage, and printable materials

  • Graphic design for print and/or digital communications
    - approval of existing designs required for any public-facing items

  • Calendar Events
    - to be added to the district and/or school calendars

  • Newsworthy Moments
    - feature unique classroom activities by requesting event coverage
    - celebrate student/staff achievements

 

BRANDING

The Bellevue Brand is the face we show to the world. In order to ensure consistent messaging throughout our schools and our district, all public-facing* documents must be approved by the Communication & Outreach Coordinator before distribution. You may request design assistance, or create your own branded materials and send to candace.gibson@bellevue.kyschools.us for approval.

*Public-facing= anything shared with a wider school/community audience. In-class materials and/or direct communication with you class, parents/guardians, clubs, etc. do not apply.
